Brandon: Shit. Gold's value jumped a lot this morning.
Pat: So I should buy gold?
Brandon: No, it's in demand because of fear. It's a bet against the economy and most major currencies.
Pat: I don't get it. I should buy gold?
Brandon: No! I'm saying the currency you already own is losing its value.
Pat: So I should get more?
